Beyond 8 partnered with BET to produce immersive brand experiences for the BET Fan Fest at the Los Angeles Convention Center, engaging more than 20,000 attendees across a two-day festival. For the second consecutive year, the team concepted and executed ten custom activations designed to spotlight talent and key partners including SheaMoisture, Dove, and Vaseline. Programming ranged from cast panels with Sistas and live performances by All The Queen’s Men at Club Eden, to hands-on moments such as Vaseline hand massages, Dove floral crown making, SheaMoisture salon touch-ups, and multiple live shows on 106 & Park. Beyond 8 also brought SheaMoisture’s deodorant launch to life through a special giveaway at the celebrity basketball game, delivering high-impact engagement for both fans and brand partners.
