Beyond 8 partnered with Culture Con founder Imani Ellis to develop a cohesive brand language and elevate the conference experience to attract major brand partners and sponsors while serving creatives of color. The team introduced a camp-themed concept that creatively unified all branded elements, custom fabricated set and stage designs, stage managed talent, and oversaw full on-site staffing.
Beyond 8 produced Culture Con in 2018, 2019, 2021 as a virtual experience, and 2022 in both Atlanta and New York, scaling the New York conference from 750 attendees in 2018 to more than 4,000 attendees.
