H&M x Ruth E Carter
[ OVERVIEW ]Beyond 8 partnered with H&M to celebrate the launch of Ruth E. Carter’s Ruthless collection through a community-centered activation in Atlanta. The team conceptualized and produced the Ruthless Block Party, an immersive experience honoring Carter’s decades-long legacy in costume design while spotlighting local talent and giving back to the community.
The event featured multiple creative vignettes, including a spoken-word performance by Ashlee Haze, a short film by Christian Nolan Jones, a live mural by Brandon Sadler, a custom basketball court designed by artist Neka King that was donated to a local school, and a live podcast recording with Tracy G., blending fashion, art, and culture into a meaningful celebration..
