Beyond 8 partnered with Live Nation Urban to lead sponsorship execution across the festival while producing high-impact activations for STARZ and Jack Daniel’s.
For STARZ, the team created an immersive on-site film studio inspired by BMF, inviting guests into a green screen music video experience complete with wardrobe, jewelry, cash props, and accessories to star in their own cinematic moment.
For Jack Daniel’s Beyond 8 delivered a multi-bar brand activation designed to drive awareness and beverage trial, featuring four branded bars, a curated cocktail menu, interactive games with giveaways, and a dedicated photo moment to encourage social sharing. Seamless sponsorship coordination ensured both brands stood out within high-traffic festival environment
